Divanshu is a B. Tech in Civil Engineering from Sinhgad College of Engineering ,Pune and M.Tech in Structural Engineering from the prestigious MNIT, Jaipur.
Divanshu is a Structural Design Consultant & a vibrant trainer apart from being an Entrepreneur.
He takes care of WAE' s Pune Centre and also the West region business.

Shwati Pandey has completed Post graduation degree Marketing and HR from the University of Wales. An experienced trainer with demonstrated history of working with different industries for 11yrs, as well as a former National Badminton Player.
Her key competencies include Life coaching, mindfulness training, communication and soft skills training, verbal ability and counseling
