This has been a path breaking story for WAE whereby this customized long term training program had to be designed as per the outline provided by the Customer. This was a long term assignment with 4 modules spread across 4 months.
The modules included in this training were - Action Centered Leadership, Self- Development, Strategic Management & Recruitment Management. The program was proposed in a continuous learning mode with a pre-assessment focused around Personality Profiling followed by a pre-read material and then training delivery for 2 days in a residential set up for each module followed by a rigorous assessment. This Post Assessment has been the key differentiator as we have a 3 stage process in this case:

CLIENT STORY // An Iconic Real Estate Organization
This case is being written about a leading Real Estate Organization working PAN India and known for its projects for elderly people. They needed a customized training program for their Jaipur Regional Office for a diverse team ranging from Sales Executives to General Manager cadre.
This was a challenging situation, but with our TNI (Training Need Identification) templates we gauged their expectations with a questionnaire and then also conducted a pre-assessment test , which provided us with the existing level of the participants and then with our iterative framework (APT- Assess, Plan & Train) we prepared a curriculum well suited along with activities and games with clear Program Outcomes.
With regular assessments, a fortnightly report with performance trends of the participants was shared with the stakeholders and again WAE's content, delivery and process framework made the client's task and added huge value.
